The events of the past several years have changed our view of sub-
custodian risk – taking what was once considered theoretical risk
and making it real. The currently planned changes in the industry
and new (and pending) regulations have added additional new
dimensions to managing this risk. This session will address these
risks and offer suggestions for mitigating actions.
