FIRMA’s 24th Annual National Risk Management Training Conference will be held March 28 through April 1, 2010, at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, CA. We hope you will mark your calendars now for this important event. The cost of the 2010 conference will be as follows.
For full payment received through February 15, 2010:

Non-Member $ 1,395.00
For full payment received after February 15, 2010:

Our conference will offer outstanding topics of interest to support our Fiduciary and Investment Risk Management program, including: a Keynote session entitled “Ponzi Rides Again”; Regulatory Update sessions from the OCC, FDIC, OTS, FED, FINRA, and the SEC; Sally Miller’s “Trust Legislative Update”; “Sub-Custodian Risks”; “Valuation of Assets”; “Personal Trust Administrative Reviews”; “Operations Risk Issues”; “International Investment Exposure”; “AML Actions”; “Auditing Brokerage and Investment Activities”; “Information Security”, “Business Resumption”, “Critical ERISA Issues”, and over 20 other topics.
Additionally, on Sunday, March 28th, FIRMA is offering two 3-hour pre-conference workshops. The cost of each workshop is $125.00 to FIRMA members and $250.00 to non-members. The workshop topics will be “Trust Boot Camp” and “Estate Tax Law Changes”.
We are also offering a 2-hour In-Conference Seminar on Tuesday afternoon, March 30th. The seminar topic will be “Merger & Acquisition Due Diligence”. The cost for this seminar is $100.00 for FIRMA members and $165.00 for non-members.

Location
Located at the HEART of San Francisco! The Palace is located within walking distance to Union Square, Westfield Shopping Center, Bloomingdales, & various restaurants, nightlife, sights, and theatres. There are no hills to climb and less crowded than the highly congested Union Square. We have a designated area behind the hotel for spotting buses for organized tours.
