service providers, including changing disclosure and reporting
requirements, auto-enrollment programs and directed trustee issues. DOL
priorities, such as guidance on delinquent contributions and
LM-10/LM-30 reporting, will be reviewed. A legislative update will
address pending or new laws governing ERISA fiduciaries.
