The Pension Protection Act has been hailed as the single biggest
legislative change to the pension system since ERISA itself. It has
opened the door for major design initiatives for both defined
contribution and defined benefit plans, but has also added difficult
compliance hurdles that plan sponsors and service providers, as well as
government regulators, must carefully consider. This session will
