As a Trust Securities Operations Team Leader with Frost, you will be responsible for performing daily trading and/or processing duties. Responsibilities will include assisting the Trust Securities Operation Supervisor in overseeing and supporting the daily activities of Trust Securities Operations personnel including cross training, control and audit activities, and production and quality control; assisting personnel, administrators, internal/external investment managers, affiliate banks, brokers, agents, and depositories with issues that arise; approving general ledger and bank wires submitted by Trust Securities Operations Specialists; and coordinating and monitoring daily workflow and coverage of personnel to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks. The candidate will develop and document processes and procedures necessary to handle new and existing business; and participate in the implementation of new area controls, system enhancements, and conversions.

--Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
--2+ years experience in an operations environment, preferably within the financial industry
--Knowledge and understanding of securities
--Strong technical skills
--Strong organizational skills
--Strong leadership skills
--Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
