The Account Administration Specialist is a newly created role within the Private Wealth Fiduciary and Account Administration Center of Excellence. This centralized team, focused on providing internal relationship support, collaborates with Private Wealth client-facing teams to align firm resources, capabilities, and expertise, to create efficient business processes that enhance accuracy of data and documentation, and drive superior outcomes for clients. The team also partners with key areas of the organization such as Legal and Compliance, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management and Operations for routine matters and for company initiatives or other projects.
This role will work closely with the Fiduciary, Tax and Operations to provide centralized wealth administration and liaison support to client-facing teams. Duties include serving as a centralized resource to assist client-facing teams by ensuring appropriate client documentation is on file for existing client relationships and assisting teams to repaper and update records, as needed. Other duties may include reviewing client account information for accuracy, reviewing requests from client-facing teams for completeness and accuracy, facilitating information requests from clients and their outside advisors, and serving as an internal liaison to answer questions from client-facing teams and clients.
The Account Administration Specialist role is a centralized subject matter expert on Glenmede client documentation, documentation and account opening related procedures, and centralized processes.
