Session Description

One size does not all when it comes to dening an appropriate Governance Structure. This moderated Executive Panel Session will provide thoughts and perspective on the following:

  • Core components of  an effective Governance Structure;
  • Special considerations relative to the  oversight and management of an organization’s fiduciary and other key risks;
  • How an organization’s size, staffng, complexity,  product/service offering, etc. may impact Governance; 
  • Regulatory expectations and best practices  in the area   of Governance; and
  • Differing, yet complementary, roles and responsibilities   of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense.
