Please go to the 2021 Conference Materials section to access the following:
FIRMA Members will log in using your Member ID and password; non-members will log in using the email address you provided to us with your conference registration.
Webex Sign-up Links
The virtual conference is powered by Webex. The Webex platform requires that you register in advance for each session you will attend in order to receive the login information for that session. Within the Conference Materials section is a copy of the FIRMA Conference “At A Glance” Agenda, with links to register for each session embedded in the session titles. We encourage you to save this document to your desktop for quick and easy reference.
To sign up for each session, you will click within the box for that session to open the Webex link. For example, to register for the Wednesday Opening Remarks and 11:10am General Session (“Cyber Security-Current Risk”), you will click anywhere within the “Cyber Security” box and your browser will open to the appropriate Webex page. When the page comes up, look for “Event status: Not started (Register)” on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on “Register”, then enter your first name, last name, email address, and company name; and then click “Submit.” You will receive an approval/confirmation email from one of the moderators at Cypress Planning Group, (Megan White, Kristen Kain, or Angelle Weidenbacher), with the link to join the event. You can use the approval email to place the session on your calendar. If you do not receive the approval email, please be sure to check your “spam” filter or feel free to contact me at (770) 790-8355 or email@example.com for assistance.
If your company firewalls prevent you from accessing Webex, please consult your IT department. You may need to log in from a personal device.
If you forget to pre-register for a session, you can still access it by using the same link and choosing the “Join Now” feature on the right-hand side of the Webex page once the session has begun.
Note--if you are accessing the Conference from a mobile device, you may need to download the Cisco Webex Meetings app for full functionality.
All of our Conference Sessions will be recorded. Paid Attendees will have the option to view missed sessions on-demand for up to 90 days after the Conference. The links and passwords to the recorded sessions will be emailed to all attendees (and posted in the Conference Materials section) the week following the Conference.
The speaker presentations are organized by both agenda and by speaker name for your convenience. Please note that not all speakers have submitted their materials. We will continue to upload presentations to the website as they are made available to us.
Continuing Education Credits
We have created a spreadsheet noting the pre-approved CE credits for FIRMA members and for ABA and Cannon certification holders. You will be emailed a certificate of attendance following the conference.
The conference evaluation will be available via SurveyMonkey. Your feedback is very important to us. You may access the evaluation daily to rate that day’s speakers and sessions as you go; or, you can complete the survey in its entirety at the conclusion of the conference. The entire survey should take only 10-15 minutes. The link to the evaluation is https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2021FIRMAConfEval
